Q: What is the fee to attend Project Alpha Admission Day (GSAT)?
A: $340/ Includes GSAT paper test & DIY Magic Wand Experiment
Q: When and where is the event going to be held?
A: You can choose the session dates and time in the form
Q: How do I apply?
A: Click the 'I'm interested!' button below and select your time. Your spot will be confirmed after you have paid the test fee.
Q: What do I need to prepare?
A: Your kid can watch educational videos, read books and practice sharing what they have learned to prepare before the test.
Q: What is the language of the test?
A: The test will have both Chinese and English. If needed, teachers can read out the questions in the preferred language to the students.
Q: What can I expect?
A: Children will have the opportunity to do GSAT paper test and make their Magic Wand Experiment with classmates. Teachers will observe your child performance. Together with the test report, you will receive a strength and weakness report.
Q: What is the format of the GSAT test?
A: The GSAT will be examining student's Scientific Knowledge, Scientific Thinking Skills and Science Enthusiasm. All questions are in MC format (in English & Chinese).
Q: What's Next After Completion of GSAT?
Students who score distinction or merit will be nominated to join Project Alpha-1-year Cambridge Competition Program. The accelerated program is designed for gifted and talented children in science which includes home experiments, workshops, excursions, presentation training and opportunity to compete in a big-scale science fair.
Q: Where are the workshop locations for Project Alpha-1-year Cambridge Competition Program?
You can find us in Tin Hau and K11 Musea in Tsim Sha Tsui. Both locations are centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation.
